The Stone Church Database

We utilize Elvanto an all-inclusive, cloud-based church management system.  In case you were wondering, Elvanto, doesn't mean anything.  They just thought it sounded cool.


Why do we need a church management system?

1.  It let's us communicate quickly with a large number of people via email.

2.  We track financial contributions in Elvanto and then generate our Annual Giving Statements for individuals and families.

3.  We use Elvanto as our Check-in System for the Stone Quarry (Kids' Ministry)


As we continue to grow Elvanto gives us the capacity to schedule multiple volunteers across a variety of ministry environments, manage multiple small groups, and enable leaders to stay well connected to those in their span of care.


If The Stone Church is your home would you take a moment to update your personal information so that we can have the most accurate contact information.   In the Fall of 2018 we will enable the "Membership Directory" feature giving you access to other people's contact information.  Simply follow the instructions and link below

  • Update Your Personal Elvanto Information

    If you created a login in the past, simply return to the Elvanto site and login.  

    1.  Review your personal information including mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, birth and anniversary dates.  

    2.  Verify each child's information.


    If you have not yet created an account with Elvanto, you need to request a personal link from the Administrator.  Allow 1-2 days for a response  and then follow the instructions in your email to login to Elvanto.
